Define scope and limits

A few sentences can define the scope and limitation of the document. It lets the reader know what you will and will not be addressing.

When you write this, think of possible global-level objections that the reader might have to the report and address them. Most of the global-level objections arise because of scope issues. For exmple....Reader: "you recommend new mini-vans, but why don't you address buying cars instead?" You: "because my task was to evalate buying mini-vans. The pros/cons of mini-vans versus cars was outside of my scope."
